Service Position: TimeKeeper
The TimeKeeper ensures that the meeting provides access to recovery for as many as possible by limiting everyone’s sharing time to 4-minutes. The TimeKeeper alerts a speaker when there is a minute of their allotted sharing time left, so that they may complete and finish their share.
Requirements
- Commitment for 1-2 meeting(s) per week for 30-days
- 30-days clean-time
- Must have access to a functioning computer or tablet, and reliable internet access.
- Familiarity with the Zoom application (Zoom training videos)
Duties
- The TimeKeeper is assigned Zoom co-hosting status by the Host.
- The TimeKeeper uses the online timers (linked below) to monitor time remaining during shares.
- The TimeKeeper keeps track of the length of the attendee shares and when the share is within one-minute of the designated amount, the TimeKeeper controls the Zoom display to momentarily show the remaining time, before relinquishing control of the screen.
- TIP: when displaying one of the clock timers (linked below), use the “full-screen” control () to show just the digital clock.
